The Brief
Create a platform connecting property developers with affordable housing providers. The scope included development listings, sealed bids, offer negotiation and communication within the platform.
What We Delivered
We built listing and bidding functions, a private messenger with file attachments and Zoom meeting booking, and Google Maps search with drawing, radius and filters. Invoices are generated online and as printable PDFs, with filtering for developers.

We have built a custom private messenger interface that allows:

Affordable Housing Providers can search for deals with precision by using the draw search powered by Google Maps.
Developers can also track the status and location of all of their deals in the same manner.
This search interface also comes with:
- A comprehensive range of filters
- Hidden filters that can be expanded to create a bespoke search
- Radius search to find relevant results anywhere from 0 – 50 miles from your preferred location

Developers can easily manage their invoices with advanced filtering so they know exactly what they’re looking for.
Invoices are automatically generated both online and in printable PDF format.
